All merchandise that we physically have in stock is shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.
Third-Party Distribution:
Some of our products are manufactured and shipped from a third-party distribution center. As a result, shipping times for these items may vary. We will provide you with estimated delivery times at the time of your order.

RETURN POLICY

General Return Policy (Physical Products):
We stand behind the quality of our products! If you’re unsatisfied with a physical item purchased from our shop, our Customer Care team will review your situation and work with you to find a suitable solution. Returns may be accepted within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The return is not due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed your mind about size/style/color).
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us First: Message us via Facebook/Instagram DM or email twicelovedtreasures22@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the Item: Once approved, we’ll provide a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Digital Products (Non-Refundable):
All digital products (e.g., ebooks, guides, downloadable resources) are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content:
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products.
Before Purchasing:
- Ensure you’ve read the product description carefully.

Exceptions:
